We restore damage, sharpness, colour and completeness, but we do not change identity, age, relationships or historical facts without evidence.
Client photographs are private by default and will not appear in portfolios, social media or advertising without separate permission.
BIGBROSTUDIO was founded in September 2026 by master artist ABiao. 5% of the amount paid on every order is set aside for pet food to feed stray animals around the studio.
QUESTIONS
Before restoration
If a photograph is severely damaged, upload it for assessment before cropping or applying further processing.
What is the best way to submit an old photo?
Use an original scan or a flat, glare-free, sharply focused high-resolution photograph. Avoid beautified, over-sharpened or social-media-compressed versions.
Can missing details be fully recovered?
If the original information no longer exists, we cannot present invented detail as fact. We can suggest restrained artistic reconstruction, but will clearly identify what is interpretation rather than original information.
Will military medals or uniform details be added?
No. Uniform, insignia, rank and service history must come from the original photograph or verifiable family records. Unknown details are never invented.
Do I pay only after approving the preview?
We assess the photograph and prepare a preview first. You can confirm or request changes by the approval deadline. If we receive no reply by then, the order moves to payment under the Terms of Service without an automatic charge, and you can still request changes before paying. Watermarked previews are used before payment.
