Welcome to BIGBROSTUDIO. By accessing or using our old photo restoration and colorization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

BIGBROSTUDIO provides digital photo restoration, colorization, and repair services driven by master restoration artists with over 20 years of experience. Our work relies on deep expertise in historical photo recovery and human anatomical structure. All final deliverables are high-resolution digital files sent via email; we do not provide physical prints.

2. Copyright and Ownership

Your Rights: You must own the copyright to the photographs you submit, or have explicit permission from the copyright owner to have them altered. By submitting an image, you warrant that you have the right to do so.
Our Rights: BIGBROSTUDIO claims no copyright or ownership over your original or restored photos. We simply provide a digital editing service.

3. Service Limitations and Expectations

While our master artisans utilize decades of experience and specialized techniques, some severely degraded photos (e.g., completely missing facial features, extreme blur, or overexposure) may not be perfectly restorable. We cannot invent historical details that do not exist in the original scan. If a photo is deemed completely unrepairable after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Revisions and Refunds

Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions on the restored photo to ensure your satisfaction. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the final image.
Refund Policy: If we are unable to restore your photo due to severe damage, or if you are completely unsatisfied with the result after multiple revision attempts, we will issue a full refund. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international commercial laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
