• Contact Information: Your email address, used exclusively to deliver your restored photos and provide order updates.
• Restoration Notes: Any special instructions or context you provide to guide our restoration artists.

2. Strict Image Data Handling

Your photos belong to you. We guarantee the following protections regarding your image data:

• Manual Craftsmanship Guarantee: Your photos are handled by master human artisans. We never use your personal photos to train automated systems or third-party databases.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: We will never share, sell, or publish your photos (e.g., in our "Client Stories" gallery or on social media) without your explicit, written consent.
• Automatic Deletion: All image files (original and restored) are permanently and automatically deleted from our secure servers 30 days after your project is completed. Unpaid or abandoned uploads are deleted within 24 hours.

3. Payment Information

All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway, PayPal. BIGBROSTUDIO does not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers or financial details.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use secure cloud infrastructure to host our application and process your images. These third-party infrastructure providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from accessing or using your data for any purpose other than providing server hosting.
